Regan earned her law degree from Marquette University Law School in 2003. During her law studies she focused on alternative dispute resolution and international law. As part of her studies Regan completed course work at the University of Austria in Vienna, Austria and at the University of Queensland in Brisbane Australia. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in History.

Regan Hendrickson has over 15 years of legal experience in dispute resolution, negotiation and mediation. As a corporate attorney, she negotiated commercial contracts, mediated disputes and managed complex litigation. Regan has been in private practice since 2015 and has worked primarily in family law. Her practice has focused on bringing parties together to solve problems through mediation and advocating for the best interests of children and at-risk adults as a court appointed Guardian ad Litem. Regan was recently nominated as an American Bar Foundation Fellow.
Regan grew up in Southcentral Wisconsin and enjoys living in Columbus near her large family. Regan enjoys small-town living and until recently served on the Columbus City Council as an Alderman. She often volunteers her time as a member of local boards and organizations serving children. Regan has two children and two step children and a bulldog, Violet who is the baby of the family. She is an avid triathlete and has completed the Ironman Wisconsin in 2015 and 2018 and Ironman Louisville in 2019.
