Lindsey Kujawa is a partner at Hansen & Hildebrand, S.C. who focuses her practice on
representing individual clients in divorce, estate planning and probate, and mediating
with couples. Lindsey guides her clients and families through many complex emotional
and financial issues. She is passionate about creative problem solving and creating the
best environment for her clients to make well-informed decisions. She recognizes that
her work impacts every aspect of her client’s family and financial future and works with
them in a constructive process to create the most positive outcome possible.
Lindsey provides legal expertise with practical advice in a flexible, client-centered
approach. She is a knowledgeable and reassuring presence in an area often filled with

clients to achieve them as a team. Lindsey helps people re-think and better understand

In addition, Lindsey represents clients in estate planning and probate matters. She
helps clients plan their legacy and reduce the stress of their potential incapacity and
ultimate passing. She also serves her client’s families through the probate process after
the loss of a loved one in an efficient and compassionate manner.
Lindsey is lifetime resident of the greater Milwaukee area and a graduate of Marquette
Law School. She has been practicing Law since 2013 and has been with Hansen &
Hildebrand, S.C. since 2018.
