Elizabeth Matola, MSW, LCSW is the founder of Mindful Therapy & Consulting, LLC. Ms. Matola is passionate about helping families involved in divorce, to have a child centered focus by reducing conflict and promoting healthy co-parenting. With over a decade of experience working with children and families, and extensive training in trauma and attachment, Ms. Matola is highly qualified to provide individual therapy, family therapy, co-parenting therapy and child specialist.coaching services. Ms. Matola has advanced therapeutic training in working with parent-child contact problems, child development, complex family systems, attachment, and high conflict divorce, as well as using EMDR to assist high functioning individuals work through trauma. Ms. Matola is passionate about working with clients to develop parenting plans that are tailored to the needs and development of children. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for CFLCW.
