I am the sole shareholder of Kowalski Family Law, LLC, with offices in Madison and Baraboo. My practice is devoted to family law, with extensive experience in divorce, paternity, child custody/placement, support, guardianship, interstate custody disputes, termination of parental rights, and restraining orders.
I have been named as a Rising Star in family law for several years by SuperLawyers Magazine. I often serve as a Guardian ad Litem, and am a certified Collaborative Law practitioner. My articles have been published in the Wisconsin Journal of Family Law and American Journal of Family Law, among others, and I routinely speak at local and national seminars on family issues. I am a board member of the Family Law Section of the Wisconsin State Bar. I also worked with other collaborative law attorneys to draft a uniform collaborative law statute for Wisconsin.
