Building Blocks of Collaborative Practice – May 2016
I practice exclusively in the area of family law, focusing on divorce, child custody and placement, modification actions, paternity and enforcement matters. I know that my clients are going through incredibly difficult times in their lives and it is my job to work with my clients to learn about their goals and to guide them through the legal process, whether that be using the collaborative method or the traditional litigation approach. Ultimately, I see myself as an advisor and advocate for my clients. I help them to re-organize and re-structure their new lives by providing them with information, options and advice and offering intelligently aggressive representation when needed with an eye toward resolving cases collaboratively whenever possible.
